Harrow Libraries are delighted to welcome author Ravi Maniam to Greenhill library for a special talk exploring the history of Tamil Curry as we celebrate Tamil Heritage Month. The Tamil people, native to the southern most part of India and North and East of Sri Lanka, have been perfecting curry recipes for generations. The use of spices, such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, and black pepper, can be traced back to ancient Tamil texts and manuscripts.
